Procurement: All raw material from ply to hardware & hinges and sourced by manufactures from the reputed suppliers only to ensure standardization and best quality.
Quality check : Each piece of shutters, accessories and wood panels is then quality checked for dimensions, design accuracy, finish quality, raw materials used and exactness of the wood colour at the manufacture location.
Multi layered packaging: All components are properly packed- bubble wraps, corrugated roles, outer cartons and shrink films. All corners are additionally covered with protectors and void space are filled using filling material to ensure minimal transit damage.
